Popinsanity currently ships to U.S. addresses only. Shipments to an APO/PO address must be sent via Standard Shipping and cannot be guaranteed to arrive by a specific date. These orders may take up to 14 business days.
Please note: Areas impacted by extreme weather conditions may result in a delay in delivery. We thank you in advance for your understanding during these rare instances. We cannot guarantee Monday delivery, as weather conditions sometimes prevent us from shipping over the weekend. Popinsanity is not responsible for delivery delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.
Our daily order cut-off is 1 PM EST. Orders placed after 1 PM, will calculate as if the order were placed the following day. For example, if an order is placed with 2 Day Delivery on Monday after 1 PM EST, the order will arrive on the second business day, which is Thursday.
During the warmer climate months; June through September, we prefer to not ship chocolate flavored popcorn, however please contact us for special shipping options available to insure that your order arrives as fresh as it was when it left our facility.
Shipping Notes
- Most popcorn orders will be shipped in a heavy-duty mailer box, and may be padded to ensure minimal breakage to each insanely delicious kernel.
- Because many customers also send our treats as gifts, we don’t include prices on any of our packing slips.
- It is the customers responsibility to enter accurate and complete address details at checkout. Adding a phone number is not mandatory but strongly recommended. Popinsanity is not responsible for any shipping delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided.
- Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees required due to any changes in delivery from the original destination or delivery method selected at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees to resend orders that are returned to us due to incorrect addresses or recipients not receiving or picking up their orders when held at the shipping destination.
Arrive by date
If you need to have your gift delivered on a specific date, please use 2 Day delivery and add the arrive by date in the order notes.

Product Substitution
For a variety of reasons, we will occasionally run out of a specific item or flavor. While this does not occur often, we reserve the right to substitute the unavailable item for a different one of equal or greater value.
